Please find the trail mail which i had sent to Ananth Gas Agency, which did not delivered a booked cylinder for more than two months.
Still waiting for the delivery of cylinder but there is no response yet from Gas Agency

further to yesterday's SMS again today (22nd May) I got one more SMS stating " Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 9023 with cash memo 11599"
But Cylinder has not been delivered to me yet. This is the second time same thing is happening, I get message saying cylinder has been delivered but in actual cylinder is not at all delivered, Kindly look into this and resolve this issue ASAP, as it is been more than two months I have booked for cylinder but it is not delivered yet.

This is to inform you that you had informed over the phone on 16th May that the cylinder will be delivered on 17th May you had also told that you will check with deliver person why cylinder was not delivered and falsely shown as delivered in the month of April but till date cylinder is not delivered. Hope that you will check and deliver the cylinder ASAP as it has been more than 2 months since it was booked.
