I booked a cylinder with ANBU Gas Agency, Arrubakkam, Chennai on 27-11, and no cylinder supply till date. On phone conversation, they gave false promises saying after 2 day or 3 days till date. No action taken when the same complaint being lodged to Indane customer service cell, chennai. The same Gas Agency had booked a false booking in our consumer no. without our knowledge on 5th October. On being questioned about the same, the agency admitted their mistake, is a simple computer mistake in records. But till 19th November. Please take necessary action on the same
