Sir/Madam

I am a customer with Anjali Gas Depot and my Consumer Number is 11625. I had booked a cylinder refill through internet on 02/03. Since then I haven't got any cylinder from the said agency. Earlier as well, when I had booked cylinder refill through internet, the delivery was very late and after repeated complaints. This time as well I had lodged complaints thrice but to no avail. If the gas agency can't pay heed to net booking, then it should draw back this facility. We are harassed when don't get any response of net booking.
