Maruti True Value is just cheating its customers. The company claims to have checked the pre owned vehicles for 120 different quality checks but all these claims are false. I had purchased an Alto in Dec.2009 from Sai Service, Goregaon West Mumbai, a Maruti True Value Dealer. On the first rains in June I discovered that the car had a major water leakage problem from the bonnet and the doors and my car floor was full of water in the fromt as well as back seats. On bringing the same to the notice of the dealer the car was sent to the body shop of Sai Service and keot there for 8-10 days. Though under warranty I was charges Rs.8000/- towards some or the other charges, I thought it was worth paying to get the problem resolved but eventually I discovered that the leakage was still there. This was brought to the notice of the Company Office in Delhi too directly but there was no responce, as expected. There is noting like free service for a True Value car even though in warranty and the problems faced by the customers are always not covered under warranty.
I suggest anybody buying a pre owned car from Maruti True Value, kindly avoid buying from Maruti True value car or else be prepared that the car you would be buying may not be the perfect one. It is possible that you might be cheated whcih you would come to know after 3-4 months of you using the car and any maintainence there after would be at your cost. Kindly get the car checcked by your trust worthy mechanic before buying such a car. I STILL SUGGEST AVOID A MARUTI TRUE VALUE CAR.
