I have longed a complaint To The Managing Director of the company, Dy. Manager Delhi office, manager Guregone, Customer care unit for past one month and more...
But all are trying to cover the issue, In this site it self i have registered this for more than 4 times, but no results. I will try to fight this issue with all the media, Consumer court, I wish to put a light over the froud that is on the roll for a long time with the green signal from the Maruti group. I have said this, because if maruti has no hands in it then how dare a dealer dose such a froud to customers like me. For my complaint details kindly ref. my complaint No.389785558, dt. 15th September at Customer care Maruti.

Ref: 1. My purchase of Maruti 800 (KL 5 G 258) from True Value dealer (Popular Vehicle and Services Limited, Kottayam) on 27th August 5: 30 PM
2. My complaint (ID No. 389785558, dt. 15th September) registered at customer care.

Your kind attention is invited to the references cited above. As per all the above reference the reply that I got was, in Maruti True Value Cars there are two types of sales, one True value cars sales and other non-true value cars sales. In the said two segments the following are the service works done:-
a. For True Value Cars :- The cars will be fully checked as per the Maruti Suzuki standards, Warranty car for One year and 3 free service will be provided.
b. For Non True Value Cars :- The car will not be service. It will be sold to the customer as it was brought to the show room and no warranty and free service
Here I have a question for you sir, (1) that in this case a customer like me went to Maruti True Value Car show room and paid much higher rate (Rs. 15, 000 to Rs. 20, 000/-) than the cars with local used car dealer, but the result is that I am not getting the minimum quality stranded for my car? (2) How dare a dealer sell such a car to me under the brand name of Maruti? The dealer and the Deputy Manager (Maruti True Value Division) at Delhi office say the there is no role of Maruti in this case. The dealer can sell any type and quality cars under the brand name of Maruti True Cars (But your logo says that “Sign of trust”).
At this I feel that the concern dealer has cheated me and Maruti Suzuki is giving green signal to this.
Now when I had raised this issue to your customer care cell and the direct office at Delhi and Cochin all are trying to cover the dealer saying that every thing was explained to me. But then my question is that if I was informed about this, then why should buy this car with such huge complains for such a huge rate, that too by traveling nearly 70 Km from my location (Alappuzha Town) to Kottayam (Town)
I am writing all this to you since no one is responding to my complaint, every on is covering up the dealer. I know I am risking my life for this issue. I could have gone to the consumer court and filed a compliant but I never wanted my dream company into problems.
I Trusted Maruti, I loved Maruti, But at last I got Cheated from Maruti.
This is my last attempt to get the justice. Hope you can understand …
