Irresponsibility of supervisor at service cente

I am Jaison Chacko, owner of a wagon R LXi 2005 model. On 07.06.11 I have paid the insurance premium to Maruti Insurance thro' POPULAR VEICLES AND SERVICEES LTD. KANNUR, KERALA and they offered a free general check up and washing. According to that I brought my car to their service center at CALICUT (my nearest town) on 11.06.11. Till I handed over the car to sercice center there was no problem with car. But after their servicing I have experienced severe 'missing. I was not able to comfortably drive the vehicle for eg. 40-45 kmph in 4th gear, similarly respective speed in all the gears. Again I brought the car to them. But they responded very irresponsibly. They have not attended the complaint and stated that this is not their responsibility. Later it is understood that this problem was due to the improper washing during their servicing, water entered in to the spark plug and ignitor unit. Around 2000 rupees is required to renew the same. I request that please advice the service center to rectify the complaint free of cost. The name of the supervisor is Mr. TINS. (mob. No.9947864037). The general behaviour of the staff at POPULAR is very bad and the costomer is not at all getting any satisfaction from them. If my coplaint is not solved I will have to approach consumer court.
