It quite annoying and frustrating when such kind of big dealer dealing with big brand like TATA specially on NANO project doing a mistake and not feel sorry or shame or guilty and situation go more worst when without solving the consumers problem putting their fault on the head of consumer. Myself Ramesh Kumar Singh is also victim of same conspiracy I have purchased NANO LX Model, Reg No DL10C 0622 from M/s Mirkana Engineering Pvt Ltd, Barakhamba Road well known as A One Motors in November who is authorized dealer of TATA Motors. After three moths later they have provided me its Registration Certificate dated on 9/2 with wrong feed in name of my father. I immediately informed Preeti Madam representative of A One Motor about this mistake but they are not trying to sort out my problem but asking me to pay Rs. 475/- for correction in RC. Here I want to say when RC is issued or received through A One motor, all the necessary or relevant record provided by A One Motor to the Transport Authority why I pay or suffer. Please do something to resolve my problem.
