Insurance copy not received

Hi,

I hired Apollo Relocation Services India Pvt Ltd to transit my goods from Pune To Bangalore.

I was utterly disappointed with their service and they did not promise what they delivered

1) Promised a closed container but transferred goods in a open one

2) No casing for 5 items they promised

3) Few articles were damaged because of that

4) I asked insurance of 1.5 lakhs for the goods but I dont think they did that and have not sent me the insurance receipt but have taken money for that.

I have called them many a times but they have never given a proper reply.

Please suggest what action I should take against them.
