Not refunding ticket amount

I had booked a ticket for rajneeti on 7th june at 1045hrs at BIG CINEMAS, BANGALORE.

Booking id: BAWB0000070139.

The show was cancelled and i was told the amount will be refunded to the account as it was a online transaction after 1 working days, which was not done. After 1 month, i met the manager, he assured it will be refunded within 3 days and couldn't do so earlier due to IT problem. Now its been more than more than 70 days and still even after many calls, the amount is yet to be refunded.
