I have encountered a information flaw available at big cinemas webpage (www.bigcinemas.com) in easy ticket FAQs where they say -
1] Easy Ticket can be bought at any of our cinemas from the box office
But easy tickets are not available at movie-star goregoan (west)
- Moreover the manager over is not committed to help customer. When i went to his office they said the manager was having his lunch and it was 3.30 pm.
- Also the security tryed to call the manager in the admin office but the manager didnt pick up the phone which can be seen through security cameras at the security table.
- When i asked the manager to give me a complaint number for lodging a complaint to big cinemas he gave me the number for booking that is 39894040 . When i said the number was for booking he told he doesn't have any other number.
- Also i would like to say that the staff at following brach is uneducated and irresponsible which can be felt by talking to them.
And the SECURITY at the office was unbelievable, they let everyone in without checking (I went through with a bag and no checking whatsoever was done. The security guard was just standing.
