Poor maintenance

Recently on 6th of October, I went for movie "Robot" at Big Cinema, Ameerpet, Hyderabad

I was just got an experience never before-

The AC was not working, resultantly No Ventilation.

I also approached the maintenance guy however they were lease bothered...

Overall I decided not to visit BIG Cinemas in Future.

Such a pathetic service was not at all expected from such a big organisation.
