I have a serious complaint against BIG CINEMAS Rave Moti Mall, KANPUR . This was the first show of the day for Don2 Movie. Ticket MRP was 100 I tried to book it from internet and something gone wrong so I gone to the ticket window.
They forced me to buy meal of Rs. 80/- with the ticket (Worth Rs.100/-) and Didn't even given me a receipt for meal. The meal voucher was saying that it was just valid for the same time show. I had to redeem it so I cant provide you the details of that voucher.
The ticket sales man was not giving ticket without the meal voucher on the spot. So that ticket cost me 180 instead of 100 rupees. I asked for the complaint book but they said they don't have any complaint book there. I am feeling cheated. Please help me if I can take any actions against it.
The amount of 80 rupees that I have paid and I dint even get the bill for it is really cheat from BIG CINEMAS. I will not ever go to BIG Cinemas again.
