Booky my show
Money was debited fom account and ticket not delivered

I have faced a problem recently while using my Citibank debit card for booking the tickets at book my show.com. I was doing online booking of movie tickets at Bookmyshow.com on 29-dec for DON2, 5:05PM show, in DT SAketThe show was due for 1 jan. The tickets were not booked but the amount got deducted from my account.

Please do the needful to rectify the mistake.
