On 2nd July at Cinemax Kolkata, I had booked two tickets of a 3D movie. When I had reached the multiplex I found that there is a huge queue out side the screen (screen 4). The staff which were handing over the 3D glasses were so slow that they could not keep up with the incoming customers. After sometime when it was time for the movie to start, we were still outside. Then we had learnt that the staff fell short of the 3D glasses. The manager had sent someone to get the glasses. All these should have taken by the manger (Mr. Amit Mishra) before the movie timings (these are basic things).

Next, when we were given new pair of glasses I personally had to change the glasses for 6 times... Yes, 6 time because the glasses that were handed to me were faulty. When I went to the manager, he behaved rudely and said what can he do if the glasses were faulty and started bragging about how expensive those glasses.

After having a fight with the manager, and on requesting he had then sent me a staff with extra glasses.

My question is, why such pathetic service when these people are charging the highest in the city!!!

Also the manager was rude, the glasses were faulty... all these made me miss 30mins of the movie.
