I was planning for Transformer 3 movie since last year. And that day had come at Friday. I bought four tickets from Bookmyshow.com for Friday night on 11 Pm. We went to E-squire cinema at University Road Pune. We paid 520 Rs. Extra for 3D glasses and as safety deposits. All glasses were fine for my three friends except mine. I not able depreciate between 3d and 2d. I was wondering that I have paid for 3d movie and why whole movie is in 2d. After 1 hour I realize that something wrong with 3d goggles. Then I enter change my goggles with one my friend and then I able to easily see 3d view of movies.

I told my friend to replace it but we are sited in center so it is not possible for us to go back site. My friend told me that half of the movie is over and if I get the replace then also I miss half movie in 3D.

So after completing the movie we went to Supervisor for complaint and ask him for complaint box or any complaint service center. He was refusing us that they don’t have any complaint Box. And when I ask “if you don’t have any complaint box so give my money back or arrange me a ticket for same movie then he started arguing with Bad words.
