TO FAME CINEMAS
I am just coming from the worst movie experience ever. Here are the chain of events -
1. I got Jubilee Cinema (screen 6) of Malad Inorbit Mall Mumbai Fame cinemas tickets for Dabangg. Unfortunately it happened to be on 'N' row. Even after it being Jubilee the first row was very close to Screen.
2. I left the theatre and bought new tickets for 8:00PM show. This time i got Screen 3 and nice seats - ROW D.
3. But Dabang was meant for Dialogues and the Sound quality of the theatre was so crappy that it led to a disastrous
experience for all the ticket holders.
4) Music was perfect just the dialogues were soo soo low in volume that we had to strain to hear.
5. I Complained to Krishna Pandey who was the managers in first 10 minutes of start of movie to do something, however
he didnt help me. In INterval i complained to Rajesh Chaladuray who told me that the screen print is such from the distributors and they could do nothing.
If the screen print was received by fame cinemas is of Bad quality it should have been changed & Fame Cinemas cannot fool
people like us. I deman full refund of my 580 Rs (2 Tickets. We were 2 of us)
If you guys cant invest & upgrade Sound System get out of market.
Rgds,
Manish
P.S: - For taking our Meals we had to stand in a Queue of 20 Minutes. There were lot of employees roaming
around and chit chatting with each other. They didnt bother to start another Cash Counter to reduce the queue.
They rudely were asking every one to goto the next counter as they were taking rest.
