I was trying to book pvr cinema ticket on line on 12 feb. Amount of Rs 300 was deducted from my account no CCA11BAHP377IG41050259 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE . DESPITE no booking of ticket amount was deducted from my account and not refunded back.
again on 14 feb amount of 300 was deducted from my citibank account (AUTH:544284 Card no.: 5497XXX4XXXX0408 12F EB CCAVENUES Ref: 104302407275 Ref No:- UTH:544284) which is not refunded till now.
