I had booked 3 tickets for the movie from the website KYAZOONGA.COM. In my first attempt, after the transaction was made, the website displayed error stating that the tickets were not booked. Therefore, I made another attempt and this time it got booked successfully. I immediately received a confirmation sms. After I reached the cinema hall, I receive another sms with a different booking ID. At this time, I realised that there are 2 set of tickets that has got booked. I enquired about this with the manager at the cinema hall however as this was done online, I was asked to lodge a complaint online. I have sent email to KYAZOONGA.COM however there was no reply from them. I called the customer care however did not receive any response from them. I am sure, this is how these websites/services rip off their customers and make money.
