Dear Sir/Mam,
I went to Mayajaal on Sunday, 15th April to watch the tamil movie "OK OK" at screen number : 03 @ 2:15 PM.
In the interval itself they stopped the Aircondition without any notice in the screen. I suffered a lot with Sultry as well as with the Lack of oxygen for respiring. This should be tracked and the consumers should not get suffocated with the A/c being switched off in the middle of the movie.
If there is a lack of power, these theatres should have the generator facility to run the aircondtion till the end of the movie.
Please take necessary action to solve the same in future.
