I want to file a complaint on the excessive charge in name of conveinence charge taken for online booking of movie tickets. After paying extra charge for convenience, we still have to stand in queue to get actual tickets, then what is the whole point of giving extra money.
This is not a government imposed tax but only to generate revenue for web portal providers. There is no rocket science in giving information on movie tickets as this is only generating business for such big brands like PVR, DT etc.
Pathetic situation, already a Rs10 popcorn is sold for Rs.50. What else is reqd?
