Cheating the customers By LAKSHMI THEATRE, Tavarekare, BANGALORE

I have a complaint regarding the charges applying for VEHICLE PARKING, CINEMA TICKET & FOOD PRICE in Lakshmi theatre, Tavarekarae, Bangalore (specifically for Malayalam movies). They are charging Rs.10/- for bike parking without any receipt. The actual cinema ticket charge is printed as Rs.75/- but they charged Rs.100/-. For food prices also charging Rs.10/- more than the MRP. They had switched off the AC intentionally after around 1hr.

This is plundering the customers. As a Metro city, is there no authority to take actions against this scam? Expecting a positive response as well as the actions against this to Lakshmi Theatre.
