Dear Sir,
I have purchased Arrow branded XXL shirt in Hyderabad. I have two Arrow shirts which were purchased earlier. The size of the shirts which were purchased earlier were fit and presently wearing. Presuming that the size of the new shirt is same as old shirts without wearing it brought to Tirupati. After wearing the new one I found that the size of the XXL shirt is not the same as old shirts. I have spent Rs. 1600/- for the shirt which is not fit for me. Is it right for a branded company to manufacture in such a way? I lost confidence in this matter and this complaint is to be focussed.
