I had bought an arrow shirt from Arrow store located at City Center, Kolkata. After the very first wash the color of the shirt faded and when I went to the store and complained about the same. They took the shirt and told me that they will send the shirt to arrow and it will be replaced and will inform me accordingly, but after that they did not revert at all. After good 20days I had to visit the store again to learn that their research department has given feedback that shift can't be replaced as the mark on the shift is color cross fading. This claim is completely baseless as the shirt was washed only once and I know that we did wash and dried it separately so the question of cross color fading is not possible. I bought this shirt for Rs 1700/- (approx) I’m very disappointed with the garment provided and secondly with the way they are harassing me.
