Poor quality Sweate

I bought a sweater from Arrow on 7-2.

2 days of wearing it to normal work, it started showing signs of wear and tear! (roye nikal gaye)

The sweater was originally priced at Rs. but after discount costed me Rs. 1599.

When I went back to the Arrow store, opp. kamal and company, tonk road jaipur, I was very disappointed by the way manager behalved and dealt with me.

He said I cannot return this sweater and niether can exchange it for you. in his clear words, "Aapke 1600 ruppye waste ho gaye hai."

I can't believe first of all such a reputed brand like Arrow can produce such faulty productsand secondly it can hire such rude and blunt people as the store managers.

Please suggest what should I do.
