AVA marketing/28" strolley bag
Sub standard items received

Dear Sirs,

I had purchased a 28 inches Verona strolley bag with a free 15 inches hand bag some time last year through my city bank credit card No 5425********4019 vide order number CI 1312 and AWB No 50069955946 from AVS marketing. However, I did not get an opportunity to use it till recently. But then I had to go to Amritsar on 07 Jan and had to use the strolley bag and the hand bag. To my shock and surprise the inner plastic material at the base broke into small pieces even before we could board the flight from Hyderabad. The same was the case with the hand bag. I cannot believe how you can deal in such sub standard items and making a fool of the people. You may like to replace the items by sending your representative to my home at Secunderabad. At Amritsar I met a friend of mine who also had purchased the same strolley bag and he too had the same story. I would also request Citibank authorities to delink themselves from AVS marketing agency lest they too loose their name and fame. One can come across n number of complaints of sub standard items sold by AVS marketing to customers in GOOGLE complaints.
