My ICICI credit card number ending with 8101 was debited of Rs. 1999 in July for the purchase of 1 trolly bag which was on offer for ICICI credit card holders. I have not received the trolly bag till date.

Unable to get through on their toll free number and the other cell numbers mentioned on their site are invalid
