I had ordered an item on Bag It Today on 21st December. There was no response from the company for next 2 weeks within which time most of the other e commerce companies deliver the product. When I tried to contact their helpline I was given a convinient reason of stock not being available. Exactly 1 month later on 23rd Jan I got a mail saying my order was dispatched. With tracking ID.
Sitting on a well over 2 weeks time, I am yet to see the glimpse of my order. For last one week I have been continuously following up with the customer care but still nothing has happened. The lady in the customer care who was handling my complaint-(Miss Neha Verma) has virtually starting to avoid me.
I have completely lost the hope of getting my query solved and I very well consider my order going futile. I have lost enough money on calling them. I would stongly recommend anyone to not to buy ANYTHING from this "pathetic portal".
