Making fraud with payment

I had purchase a offer given by Bag it today Company Sec-57 in Noida,

My Order NO. 1008477529 there Ms. Aarti Caalling me for the payment of INR 24500 but i refuse to give the payment than she says your toatal payment is hold for 72 hrs & than updated to your account after deduction of EMI upto INR 1020 but the problem is 72 Hrs are gone my payment is not updated in my account than i call to to Customer centre for my balance payment Custmer Care Executive refuse that no EMI process is entertained in our Company i was given a check to somebody he use to bank after that my bank Cheque has been bounce & with penalty. Customer Care Executive Mr. PAwan Said that you have to confirm all details before payment but what about the EMI? he said Kindly Forgive us on behalf of this lie telling by Ms. AARti on Dated 29/07 the No. is 0120-2479900, 0120-2479000, it a fraud what about my Cheque & Bank Account Bag it today make the payment by fraud Words Given to me Please Do the needfull for getting payment Back Please Help...
