Lack of response to on line complaint on company website

Compensation for defective goods is being unduly delayed after initial positive responce from the company's customer care dept. Although the amount involved is within Rupees one thousand only, I want to pursue this on principles. I do have a photograph of the subject defective goods, but presently unable to transfer it from my mobile to pc. I will try again
