This is to bring in your notice that i made a purchase of Reebok Tracksuit Duffle Bag shoes watch combo from naaptol.com on 2nd Jan. At the time of purchase i was asked to pay by credit card and i made a payment of INR 3298 and I was promised that the said items will get delivered within 10 days.
I called them back after 10 days, they said that its 10 working days.. I again waited and now its 19th Jan and till date the item is yet to be delivered.. Adding to my frustration, I am chasing them evry day and the answer is same evrytime.. "it will get delivered soon".. It is now more of a humiliating and frustrating experience for me and I want a serious step against them so that they are aware of consequences in future and no other customer face the same experience.
