I purchased one pair of bata power shoes from your bistupur shop .one pair is broken from the bottom side near the lessriban hole, gave them to the store in between the repair/replace warranty but shop owner was advise to mail her site.

kindly reply me what i do now.

this kind is broken rarest case.
