Damage of Ladies' Chappal

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

I had purchased a Ladies’ Chappal from your Hindustan Park, Kolkata Outlet, at the end of January. Unfortunately the shoe of article no.571-5019 has become unusable. The adhesive of the said chappal have removed from the sole and the leather strap has cracked from the sides of the chappal within a month of purchase. I had paid Rs.399.00 for the said item but have unfortunately misplaced the cash memo of the purchase.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
