I bought NumeroUno Shoes 9089 (Rs 1499) from Shoe Xpress, Gold Adlabs, Kayani Nagar, Pune. Its got damaged in 3 months. We went to the same shopkeeper, he took our shoes and told us that he will contact with the NumeroUno company and give shoes them for complete repair.
Shopkeeper returned shoes to us after 20 days but that shoes was not fully repaired, it was just pasting in shoes shoal and returned it to back.
Again we contact with the shopkeeper on the spot, he again kept the shoes fr 15 days. After 15 days he is telling that company will not repair the shoes because it time is lapsed. After a short conversation he offered us to buy a new shoes as per its replacement with the same cost and pay only 50% of the amount.
Please suggestion from your side would be appreciable.
