Defective Shoe

I have purchased one pair of sport shoes from Bata showroom, Faizabad Road, Lucknow on 24th November.

After wearing it for about fifteen days, I found a crack on the left pair of shoe. I have lost my cash memo. When I complained to the showroom manager he requested me to produce the cash memo which I have lost.

I have been a regular customer of Bata Shoe Company for last 35 years.

I request for an exchange of my defective shoes. Awaiting your reply.
