This is the moment to share that the brand that my family and me used to trust a lot has provided me with a product which has shown that the brand itself is now not quality driven

I had purchased BATA SHOE MODEL NO- 861 6800 from Bata showroom, Bandra Station Road, Bandra West, Mumbai on 21st July

This shoes after being used in a normal way by me, has torn its sole in just 1.5 months

I want the quality department to take this as a concern and act on it
