BIBA Products – Brand loyalty is lost???
we’ve observed retail chain outlet in Chennai selling BIBA stocks at rs.300 – 400 as confirmed by the outlet customer support staffs whereas same products found at Lifestyle or Pantaloons at rs.600 – 900 or even more I’m not sure how it is possible to sell at minus 50% when the fashion is not outdated as products just matches with both counters.
where is the brand loyalty? What is the patronage of Lifestyle or Pantaloons costumer?
