I (Sachin) had bought Nike (Air Zoom RS) on 15/08 for Rs 6400. I was told that this shoe has life time warranty, for any problem get the shoe at the store and it would be fixed free of charge. The pasting of the shoes has come off from the sole. When I approached the store for repairs, he bluntly denied for repairing and said the staff has changed and we cannot provide any service for this shoe.
The approach of the store was not at all customer friendly, also I feelt cheated by paying a huge sum of money without any service in return.
