Lost Checked Baggage (trolly)

Dear Sir,

Pls. find the below details. i looking for your advice to resolve the issue.

1. I travelled through Air Arabia Airlines from Sharjah

to Mumbai on 12 jan. I bookeed 3 Nos.. checked Baggage (One air Bag, polythene bag & one big trolley) from Sharjah Airport. When i reached at Mumbai, I dont found My Big trolly . so same time I make a Complain to Air Arabia but till today they not given proper answer. Please do needfull in this metter..
