This email is to bring your notice towards the fraud, misguiding and misbehave i faced at the Bruno Manetti store because of the issues i faced for a Black High Heel sandals i bought at the Ambience Mall, Gurgaon store 3 months back. I purchased a pair of Black High Heel Sandals from the Ambience Mall Store and from the first week onwards there were cracks all over the Sandal and soon the heel had malfunction and sole got detached with the skin of the Sandal; i tried to get it repaired however none of the franchise stores accepted since i lost the Bill and the sandal was in pathetic condition because of the manufacturing defect and far past from the range of temporarily fixation. Now inregards with misguiding i went again to anorther franchise of the same store and the person sitting at the Billing counter asked me to come with the shoe again at the Ambience Mall store and when i went there with the shoe that person refused to recongnise that pairi. Also when i asked for a replacement or a solution he was raging in the highest possible pitch creating a scene all over which was so humiliating for a girl who was all alone there and he was thinking since he owns a big shop he can misbehave and shout at the customers to get his hands off the complaint. This is a fraud with the customers hard earned money which is being wasted for degraded and defected products sold at hefty prices.
