I, Devang Panchal, would like to bring to your notice that storekeeper of Cambridge outlet Panjo in Borivali-west is very rude & lacks customer satisfaction approach.

I had bought one blazer with pant for my wife worth Rs. 6000 from Panjo. The pant was wore only twice & washed only once, but has developed bubbles on backside of pant. I took this to the shop & asked how could you help me to resolve this. The response was very provocating & illogical.

I have left that pant at the store itself. I really feel that I am cheated & incurred a loss of Rs. 6000.
