Exchange of product

I bought a shirt (7715353/shirt/obuc7173) dated 23/7 memo no.56560005759 and Tin no.07110255279 from APPARELS HEADQUARTERS, Janak Place, District Centre, Janak Puri. I had gone to exchange the size of shirt but i ws told that it can be done only when the summer stock is available. To this, I asked them to exchange it with winter stock and they clearly rejected my request.

Now what to do? It is lying at our home of no use with money blocked. I hardly think any objection in exchanging it with winter stock. Please help us. This is not acceptable on part of such big store like Cantabil. Our experience is bad, so we won't ask anybody to further go there.

take appropriate action as soon as possible.
