I bought a trouser from Cantabil Retail, India Limited, shop no.-5, first floor, pacific mall, sahibabad, Ghaziabad, on 24-06. But after one wash i found that the color has been fade. The color of trouser was black but now you can see the white visible spot on it. I return the that trouser on 08-07 and after 8 days i got a call from that shop. The person was saying that, this is not the defect while i bought the trouser he was saying that i can change the trouser within 60 days if i got any defect in fabric. Unfortunately i got the defect with in 15 days. But now the response from cantabil is not good they are den-ay to change the trouser.
Please help me to change the trouser. If i don't get the response from your side, i will go to Consumer Court.
