I have only been troubled than happy with the purchase of this NIKE shoe model 397100, Other details given below.

After about a week of purchase the front part of the bottom rubber sole had peeled off, The Store was kind enough to replace the unit.

However, Now again after 3 months the same thing has happened.

I had raised this point while my purchase also, but the sales person convinced me saying that should not cause any problem. This is a design issue, this part (un trimmed) stands out where is should be in sync with the shoe shape causing it to Damage.

Now, I would request you to let me swap this shoe for another model, As I believe the problem will recur.

I have to go on a trek hence need the shoe asap. Reply awaited
