NIKE, hassle DISPOINT with REGULAR CUSTOMER

Dear Nike Manager NORTHERN INDIA,

Greetings of the day,

Being a regular customer of NIKE over and above my all friends are really disappoint when I told them about this episode which I faced and happened on Saturday 14th May 11 in Khan Market.

It a really surprise and shock to all of us when I Visited alongwith my Friends in NIKE Khan market NEW DELHI showroom. The NIKE stuff 1 lower 2 t shirt I was gifted by someone and there was no bills, even earlier I exchanged many times in Mumbai and Delhi NIKE showrooms as well.

When we visited without the stuff the sales man quoted " yes it will ex change " later after 1 hr we re visited with the stuff, he somehow change his decision and said no it cannot with out the bills. so what we got from from NIKE, a hassle, disappointments, wasting time ohm.

WE ALL ARE REALLY DISAPPOINT THEY WAY REGULAR CUSTOMER HANDLED BY YOUR SALES BOY WITH HIS ATTITUDE AS WELL.

MOST OF ALL HIGH BRAND NEVER ASK SUCH THING (BILLS ETC) AND THEY HANDLED CUSTOMER IN A VERY GENTLE MANNER WAY I SAW IN EUROPE AS WELL EVEN IN FAR EAST COUNTRIES .

Kindly look into above and your reply as early as possible.
