I Shubha, happen to purchase a T-Shirt to gift. I asked the boys to help me with 42 shirt sized Tshirts with collar and pocket. Initially I couldnot find much of choice, hence was about to leave, then the boy showed me one, which caught my interest, but checked if it is same as the 42 sized shirt. The person said yes, if doesn't fit, I can have the Xchange. Unfortunately, I size didnot match the person to whom it was bought, hence approached him for Xchange, but cud give me only 2 Tshirts of my choice and told me to select one or go for other products which I am not interested. I said no for shirts and trousers, asked for Tshirts, the person didnot even confirmed he would get the next batch of products where I can again opt for Xchange. he is forcing me to buy among the one available. He did sold me the product saying it is 42 size. I have been misguided, in the fear of loosing a customer, I am in a feel that he has cheated me to have one business.
