Different arm length in shirts of same size (39)

I purchased 3 shirts of size 39 from Century retail shop (Mangal paridhan), G-12, 13 crystal court, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur on 26/12. On checking at home, arm length of one shirt found 2" less than others. Matter was reported to store but after lapse of more than one year, they didn't replace the shirt while it is clearly a manufacturing defect.
