I have order 1 pair Reebok shoes Rs. 1098 online bagittoday.com on 13th Jan this is confirmation which i received from them "Your Order ID is: 1014177396.Your Order ID is: 1014177396. You have made a successful credit card payment for an amount of Rs 1098, it has been so many days i have still not received products, they replied me saying that "we regret to inform you that we are completely run out of stock and hence, we are unable to send you the same".
Could you please look into this as now i don't want the products, i want my money back. My question to them was if products are out of stock, then it shouldn't be displayed on website as available.
please help
