Dear Sir/Madam

I have been a customer of your stores and received great services at your mart but recently i encountered some really poor customer service.

On 08-March I bought a Belmonte shirt of size 38 having item code 890345495518 and price 1, 295 at Easyday market Mysore.

At that time there was 50% discount on that day and.an Easyday’s sale staff didn't allow me to trial the shirt.

On 14-April when i went to exchange to size 40 having same price (1, 295/-) color and pattern.

The service boy named Mr. Maqsood (mobile no. 9686110295) presented on customer care counter refused my request without giving any suitable reason.

I tried to convince him for 2hours while my 11month old daughter was crying like anything by saying that I came just to get next size of shirt nothing more (which looks to me that this is very common in merchandiser sale).

I am really upset with this bitter experience.

To resolve the problem i require you to take some action against customer care service boy.

i look forward to hearing from you.
