Dear Sir
I am a collage student i used to sell some of my used items via ebay.in..there were some problems with my items so i had to refund a lot of money to the buyers, & even paid ebay their taxes and fees. There was an instruction from their side to make some payment to the buyer personally which i also did but it was of no use I has been about a month that i didnt get a peeny, they are telling will update my details in 24 hours but such 24 hours never come
I am a son of a widow mother and we have a very hard life here
