Loss of my parcel bagbooked on 10-06 from tirupur to visakhapatnam by train no:3352

A parcel of 45 kgs gunny bag containing 150 t-shirts was booked ON MY NAME ie., A.SRINIVAS at TIRUPUR by my collegue GANESH on 10-06 upto VISAKHAPATNAM.the parcel was sent by train no:3352, slr no:908731&recepit no:045318 to visakhapatnam on 11-06.but to my utter surprise the parcel was not traced so far.i have personally searched the godown on 13-06 &on 16-06 also.but the parcel office people at visakhapatnam say they havent received any consignment.they have registered a complaint in their books on 13-06.my mobile no:9440105634.it is already 9 days but i could not get my consignment.kindly look into the matter and do me the needful.a copy of consignment receipt was sent to me by courier &it is with me.mr. Y.P.RAO the SUPERINTENDENT at parcel office visakhapatnam is also persuing the matter.his mobile no:9490264581
